If you have entered your password too many times and your account has been locked, we expect you in our units to solve this problem. 🤗

First, you need to download the free app from App Store or Google Play on the phone you want to activate. 

Then activate the application in BT24 Internet Banking. To activate, go to BT24 Internet Banking.

❶⠀Simple, with "Your login ID" and "Your password" you received in the unit or those you already use for logging in to BT24 Internet Banking.

❷⠀Add thecode received by SMS. Make sure the first two digits are identical. 😉

❸⠀If this is your first time logging into BT24 Internet Banking you need to set a new password*.

❹⠀Then access the menu: "Mobile Banking" then "Activate Mobile Banking app".

❺⠀Sign with the code you received by SMS to go to the next step.

❻⠀You receive a BT 24 activation code and an SMS code on your mobile phone for activation.

❼⠀Open the BT24 Mobile Banking app and click: "Activate".

❽⠀Enter the BT24 activation code received from Internet Banking and thecode received via SMS.

❾⠀In the last stepyou set a new password and confirm it. 

*Newpassword rules:

➤⠀You can't use spaces

➤⠀Parole must have a minimum of 4, maximum of 32 alphanumeric characters

➤⠀Trebuie să conțină obligatoriu un caracter special. Caracterele speciale permise sunt:  $@!().%[]_;*#?&-‘:~^+= ",/<>\{|}

First, if you have changed your phone number, we recommend that you update your personal details online to keep in touch with us and stay informed about your BT financial products and services 🙂 🙂

Secondly, we expect you in any of the our establishments to make the modification.

If you followed card enrolment process to the letter and still failed, you may find yourself in one of the following situations:

❶⠀ your card is temporarily or permanently blocked (you can check this either in BT24or by calling the Call Centre on 0264 308 028*);

❷⠀you have not entered the data correctly;

❸⠀OTP code (One Time Password) was entered late;

❹⠀your card has expired (you can check the date on the front of the card).

Hmmm... 🕵 Well, in case you didn't get the code OTP on your first attempt, you can select the option to Return my code, which is valid for 3 consecutive attempts.

Yes, by study credit. The advantages of this credit are:

❶⠀We offer you up to 20,000 euros (or the equivalent in lei), for a period of up to 10 years, without real estate guarantee.

❷⠀We offer you up to 150,000 euros (or the equivalent in lei), for a period of up to 20 years, if you guarantee with a mortgage on a property for which you take out an insurance policy. 

❸⠀ financing of expenses related to studies/courses for specialisation or qualification (e.g. pilots, flight attendants, medical assistants, clerks, IT, hotel and related services, etc.).

It's up to you... either you fill in a card request form when you come to one of the Omnipass locations to get your Omnipass card, and then within 4 working days you will be able to pick up your card directly from the BT location of your choice. Either complete the application online and then come to an BT branch to pick up the card.

The SWIFT code is a unique electronic address identifying each bank or financial institution worldwide and is used in banking transactions foreign exchange transactions. 😉

These e-mail addresses are formed according to the following rules:

Without SWIFT codes, the money transfer process for individuals and businesses would be very slow, inefficient and even risky. 😥

❗⠀If you want to know your bank's SWIFT code, it's good to know that:

➤⠀this can be found on your bank statement;

➤⠀but you can also easily find it online. 😃
