Card enrolment could not be carried out. What can I do?

If you followed card enrolment process to the letter and still failed, you may find yourself in one of the following situations:

⠀ your card is temporarily or permanently blocked (you can check this either in BT24or by calling the Call Centre on 0264 308 028*);

⠀you have not entered the data correctly;

OTP code (One Time Password) was entered late;

⠀your card has expired (you can check the date on the front of the card).
