How can I get statements of my investments?

You have several possibilities to find out the situation account your account: 

⠀If you have our Internet Banking servicelog in BT24 and access the "Investment funds" menu;

⠀If you are an investor through an online account. You get a free username and password to check your balance. If you haven't received the details, write to us at btam@btam.ro and we will help you;

⠀Visit any of the our units;

⠀Send us an e-mail at btam@btam.ro;

⠀Call us at 0264 301 036*.


* By visiting "Call Center" pageyou can see in real time:

⠀how many customers already talk to our colleagues by phone;  

⠀how many people have called us and are waiting to be picked up; 

⠀what is the average waiting time to get in touch with us.
