How do I know how much money I have in my account?

You have several options for this: 😃

BT Pay: open the application and click on the "Show balance" button next to the card you want. You will instantly see how much money you have in the account to which that card is attached.

BT Visual Help: call 0264 308 000 from the phone number you have given your bank and then click on the link you received by SMS to enter the application. In the"Accounts and transactions" section of the main menu you can view your account balance.

Raul from BT (for legal entities) helps you with Facebook, Skype or WhatsApp account balances.

BT24 Mobile Banking: open the app, log in with your fingerprint or password and your card balance will be displayed in the "Finance" menu ➭ "Current, savings and card accounts".

⠀BT24Internet Banking: open app, log in with your details and go to the "Myaccounts" menu ➭ "Quick view" option;

Neo App: open the app, log in with your fingerprint or password and your account balance will be displayed in the "Home" ➭ "My Accounts" menu. Or via Neo Web: open the app, log in with your details, and in the "Accounts" section you will see your current account balance.

SMS Alert: which notifies you by SMS on your phone every time you cash out or make a card transaction and find out how much money you have left in your account.

⠀Printr-un statements obtained online or at any BT branch with your ID.

⠀Or go to the nearest BT ATM and find out the balance of your cards that you have attached your card to through it.
