How can I get my current account statements via internet banking?

Account statements help you with information about the amounts you have withdrawn from your account, payments made and cash withdrawals, and you can get them quickly and easily this way:

⠀PrinBT Visual Help: by calling 0264 308 000 from the bank's telephone number click on the link received by SMS from the main menu select "Request statement " ➭ choose the desired account and the date for which you want to obtain the statement and then click on the "Request statement";

⠀In BT24 Internet Banking select the "My accounts " menu ➭ the "Withdraw " submenu ➭ the "Withdraw account" option . Here you need to choose the account for which you want the statement, an estimated period in which the application should look for statements and the type of statement (daily or monthly). When you click on the "Search" button, the application will display the available statements. Next to the one you want, click on the icon in the "Download" column and you're done! The statement has been downloaded in a new browser, in .pdf format.

⠀By BT24 Mobile Banking: open the app choose the "Finance" option at the bottom of the screen select "My accounts " ➭ choose the account for which you need a statement select the "Monthly statements" or "Daily statements" option , depending on your needs;

⠀Prin NeoBT Mobile Banking: open the app choose the"Home" option select the account for which you want the statement and the"Details" section choose the type of statement you want by selecting"Daily statements" or"Monthly statements";

⠀Prin NeoBT Internet Banking: open the application select the account for which you want the statement,"Options" section choose the type of statement you want by clicking"Download daily statement" or"Download monthly statement".

⠀You can opt to have your monthly current account statements sent automatically by email. You can activate this option at any BT branch;

⠀From any BT unit you can ask for a daily or monthly printed statement; 

⠀Froma ATM multifunctional BT Express (Bill) you can request your statement to be emailed to you free of charge.
