What is BT Visual Help?
It's an alternative to banking without coming to the bank. We have created BT Visual Help as a kind of digital self-service, where you, as an account holder or legal representative of your company, can do things yourself without calling the Call Centre. 😃
With BT Visual Help you can find out about your accounts and manage your cards very easily. Here's exactly what you can do through the platform:

➤⠀fliinformation about instalment payments with STAR cards from BT;
➤⠀view blocked amounts and amounts to be paid from your account for transactions with 💳 other banks' cards or POS;
