What is BT Visual Help?

It's an alternative to banking without coming to the bank. We have created BT Visual Help as a kind of digital self-service, where you, as an account holder or legal representative of your company, can do things yourself without calling the Call Centre. 😃

With BT Visual Help you can find out about your accounts and manage your cards very easily. Here's exactly what you can do through the platform:

⠀viewtransaction history for each BT current account for three days;

⠀fliinformation about instalment payments with STAR cards from BT;

⠀view blocked amounts and amounts to be paid from your account for transactions with 💳 other banks' cards or POS;

⠀get details of payment obligations for BT credit cards;

⠀quickly enter your IBAN, balance, or STAR loyalty points number;

⠀download the list of IBANs, necessary for the preparation of the file for obtaining technical unemployment;

⠀ temporarily or permanently block cards;

⠀solicit the reissue of a card after permanent blocking;

⠀change BT card transaction limits;

⠀you are aware of a card transaction - you can manage yourself and decline for payment certain transactions made with your physical or digital card at the ATM, POS or online for which you received an error or did not receive the products/services ordered;
