❷⠀BTVisual Help: call 0264 308 000, you will receive an SMS with the link to the platform. Here you can temporarily or permanently block your cards, request the card to be reissued after the permanent block and have access to account details: account name, currency, IBAN, balance, STAR points number for credit card accounts, request statement, etc;
