I want to log into Neo Mobile Banking and I used BT24. How do I do it?

First of all, make sure you have the service Neo BT service active.

You need to follow the steps below:

Step : The first time you log in to NeoBT you will need the login ID and password you use when you log in to BT24 Internet Banking;

Step : Enterthe activation code received by SMS. To be sure, check the first 2 digits of the code received by SMS and the first 2 digits of the activation/login screen. Are they the same? If they are not the same, do not add the code and call us at 0264 303 505;

Step : Define a new password for NeoBT Internet Banking. The password must contain a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 32 characters, of which a special character is mandatory;

Step : You then define a PIN with which you log into the mobile app;

Step : Log in to NeoBT Mobile Banking with your login ID and applicationPIN;

Step : Enter the code received by SMS. Again, make sure the first two digits are identical. If they are not identical, do not add the code and call us on 0264 303 505
