Does the signature have to be logged into the computer each time an e-Invoice is generated and sent?

In short, no; from the moment you have authorized the FGO in the SPV, ANAF allows us for 90 days to file or read eInvoices directly from the FGO, without the need to connect the token to the computer; if however ANAF invalidates your access for various reasons, you need to follow the connection steps again.
