I am an OTP customer and my identity card has expired, do I have to go to BT to have my new identity card data recorded?

From March 3, 2025 you will become a BT customer. Until this date you are an OTP customer and will benefit from all the services and products made available by OTP Bank. If your identity card is out of date, by February 21, 2025 at 17:00, it must be updated at OTP Bank. Only as of March 3, 2025, you will be able to update your personal data at Banca Transilvania.
