I am a BT customer, but I am also an OTP customer. What will happen to my OTP package if I also have an active BT subscription.

Because you are already a BT customer and have activated one of the subscriptions offered by the bank, after the merger of OTP Bank into BT, you will continue to benefit from the services and subscription you had with BT.
