Will the bank notify me when a levy is placed on my account?

We, from Banca Transilvania will send you an SMS when your account is garnished. The SMS will be sent to the bank's declared phone number, so make sure the number is up to date.

However, it's important to know that the legal obligation to notify you lies with the relevant institution, e.g. ANAF, DITL.
