Through the sale of OTP Bank and OTP Asset Management Romania SAI S.A., customers of OTP Asset Management Romania SAI S.A. will become customers of BT Asset Management SAI S.A.?
Following the acquisition of OTP Asset Management Romania SAI S.A. by BT Asset Management SAI S.A., the company will be part of the Banca Transilvania Financial Group as a separate entity. Customers of OTP Asset Management Romania SAI S.A., i.e. investors in the funds managed by OTP Asset Management Romania SAI S.A., will become customers of Banca Transilvania in the next 2-4 months, but may continue their relationship directly with the current manager.
