Can I cancel my subscription at any time? What do I have to do to do that?

If you have activated a subscription but believe it is not suitable for you, you can request its deactivation at any BT branch. 

However, you should be aware that once you deactivate your subscription, you will no longer enjoy the benefits of the subscription and will pay the standard cost for all products and services you have with BT.
