Can I update my data if I am out of the country?

Of course! 😊 If you can't get to one of BT units to update your data, you can do it online by visiting the dedicated page:

*The online data update is based on certain criteria set by BT. These are mentioned in the pages above ➭ section "Conditions for updating online data". 

Check on the page if you are eligible and update your details! If you are not, you need to visit us at a BT unit to update your details.
