Can I change my BT Pay Web login ID?
Want to personalize your BT Pay Web login? Here's how to change your ID:
1. Go into 'My Profile' (bottom left button), then go to 'Profile Settings' and select 'Login ID'.
2. Enter your new ID - it can be your name or a nickname you like.
3. Click "Next", and on the confirmation page select "Next".
4. Check your phone and enter your authorization code (make sure the first two digits displayed match the first two digits in the notification).
5. Done! You can now log in using your new ID or the one you received when you activated the service.
