Can I close an account in NeoBT?

Unfortunately, you can't do that. 🙃 But if you don't want to see it in the app anymore, you can hide it.


In NeoBT Internet Banking: 

From the menu "General" and the "Customize" submenu , click on "All products". From here you can hide any of your accounts from the Dashboard or Neo. 

In NeoBT Mobile Banking:

Go to 'Your Profile', go to 'Customise #neo' and tap on 'Products'.
