Can I link my Pago account in BT Pay?

Yes, you can import data from your Pago account into BT Pay.

This option will be visible both on first access and later after deleting all connected providers.

Here are the steps to follow:

⠀A code for connecting to BT Pay will appear in Pago;

⠀Enter this code in BT Pay together with the email address of your account in Pago;

⠀If the code and email address are successfully validated, then the accounts will be connected.

Once the data is imported, you can see the suppliers as well as the data about the invoices to be paid or already paid.

⠀Please note: This data synchronisation will only be done once and only when connecting your Pago account to BT Pay. Thereafter, no further synchronisation of this data will be performed. So any subsequent changes within the Pago app or within BT Pay "Bill Payments" will not be visible in the other app.

At the same time, if there is an active subscription in Pago, it is not taken over in BT Pay. If you want to unsubscribe within the Pago app, follow the app-specific steps.
