My BT meal card is not working. Why?

🕵 If you're at the retailer's point of sale, trying to buy your food with BT meal card and find that it doesn't work, please check:

⠀the balance of the meal card is not insufficient. This check can only be done by you through the channels provided by BT. Pssst! Try BT Pay, it's quick, easy and straight to your phone 😊

⠀the merchant you want to buy from with your BT meal card is a partner in the bank's network. To do this, please consult list of partner merchants;

⠀the BT table card is blocked at your initiative or has not been activated for use from a BT ATM;

⠀ BT meal card is not expired. 🙂
