For the period during which OTP customers cannot use Digital Banking services at all to carry out operations, what alternatives do they have?

Between February 28, 12.00 noon - March 2, the transfer of accounts and products will take place; therefore, OPT customers will not have access to any Internet / Mobile Banking platform or OTP / BT unit; therefore, our recommendation is to make all payments by February 27.
