For what types of homes can you purchase home insurance through BT Pay?

Any home is eligible:

• located within Romania;
• owned by an individual;
• legally constructed and used exclusively for personal, residential purposes, as a permanent residence;
• in good condition,
• connected to utilities;
• not located in an earthquake-prone area;
• built starting in 1940.

The maximum insured value for the home and its contents is EUR 500,000 (or the equivalent in RON).
