There are a few exceptions and they concern corporate customers. 🙂

In these cases, BT uses the official stamp to comply with international requirements, and the documents are as follows:

➤⠀Billof lading;

➤⠀Bank chequesin foreign currency;

➤⠀Changesrelated to letters of credit and encashments;

➤⠀Letter letters, at the request of the beneficiaries of bank guarantee letters.

Since 7 August 2017, Banca Transilvania has eliminated the obligation to apply the stamp on documents of corporate clients in relation with the bank, as well as the obligation to apply the official BT stamp (the round one) on documents generated by the bank.
