Does the free SMS Alert offer also apply to designated holders? Is SMS Alert automatically activated on any card? If yes, please let us know the criteria according to which it is activated on certain debit/credit cards.
The SMS Alert service made available by BT is available free of charge until February 28, 2026. This free of charge is granted to all OTP customers ;on cards migrated from OTP, PF and PJ, regardless of whether or not they hold the SMS Alert service in OTP. If an OTP customer also owns a card issued in BT, before or after the migration, the free service does not apply on that card.The request for the service is made through BT units when picking up the card from the unit or afterwards, after receipt from the courier or through the BT Call Center.
