I can't pay, but everything seems fine. What can I do?
If everything seems fine ✅ but you still can't pay ❌, we advise you to make sure of the following:
❶⠀If the POS you are trying to pay at is contactless;
❷⠀If your phone has NFC functionality turned on;
❸⠀If BT Pay is set as the main payment application;
❹⠀If your phone case is not too thick and blocks NFC waves. Try removing the case or approaching the POS phone from a different angle;
❺⠀If you have an Internet connection;
❻⠀If you unlocked your phone before trying, depending on the payment settings you chose;
❼⠀If the error on the POS does not indicate the exact problem.
