I don't know what my IBAN code is. How can I find out?
The IBAN is the unique code used internationally to identify a customer's account with a commercial bank. 🔐
The IBAN is an abbreviation for International Bank Account Number.
How can I find out my IBAN code?
You can get your IBAN code quickly and easily in the following ways:
Via BT Pay:
From the Cards tab:
Go to the app and select the card for the account for which you want to find the IBAN;
Tap the "Card Settings" button and then the "Card Details" option.
Once you have completed the previous steps, you will have your IBAN displayed in the last row.
From the Accounts tab:
Go to the app and select the Accounts tab at the top of the screen.
Select your account and click the 'View details' button
Via BT Visual Help:
➭ call 0264 308 000 from the phone number registered with the bank and access the link received by SMS;
➭ then, to view the IBAN of your current and card accounts, go to "Account statement, IBAN and CIF list" -> "IBAN & CIF list" from the main menu.
Also from BT Visual Help you can download the list of IBANs (the document you present to certain institutions in order to collect money).
To do this, after accessing from the main menu "Account statement, IBAN and CIF list" -> "IBAN & CIF list" select the "Download PDF" button at the bottom of the page
Via BTPay Web:
➭ log in to the app with your details, and in the "Accounts" section you will see the IBANs of your current accounts.
At any BT facility:
➭ come with your original identity card to a BT branch and ask for a list of IBANs or an account statement
