I don't know what my IBAN code is. How can I find out?

What is IBAN?

The IBAN is the unique code used internationally to identify a customer's account with a commercial bank. 🔐

The IBAN code is taken from the English language and stands for "International Bank Account Number".


How can I find out my IBAN code?

You can get your IBAN code quickly and easily in the following ways:

⠀Prin wallet banking BT Pay

go to the application and select the card for the account you want to know the IBAN for;

click on the "Card settings" button (symbolised by ⚙) and then the "Card details" option . 

Once you have completed the previous steps, you will have your IBAN displayed in the last row.

⠀Prin BT Visual Help

call 0264 308 000 from the phone number registered with the bank and click on the link received by SMS;

then, to view the IBAN of your current and card accounts, go to the "Accounts and transactions" section of the main menu. 

Also from BT Visual Help you can download the list of IBANs (the document you present to certain institutions in order to collect money). 

To do this you need to select from the main menu "#homebanking" and then "Find your IBAN list".

⠀Through the platform BT24 Internet Banking

login to the app with your details and your IBAN will be visible on the front page of the application, next to your card(s), under the text "My accounts".

⠀With the help of the platform BT 24 Mobile Banking

log in to the app with your details or your fingerprint and the IBAN will be displayed on the first page ("Home") next to your card(s), under the welcome text.

⠀Prin Neo App

Log in to the app with your details or fingerprint and select the account for which you want the IBAN;

then go to the "Details" section to view it.

⠀Prin Neo Web:

log in to the app with your details and in the "Accounts" section you will see the IBANs of your current accounts.

⠀Any BT unit

Bring your original ID to a BT branch and ask for a list of IBANs or an account statement.
