I lost my card. What should I do first?
❗⠀As soon as you notice that your card is lost or stolen, block it immediately. You can do this in five ways:
❶⠀Din BT Pay:
➭ choose the card that was stolen, select it by tapping it;
➭ go to the "Settings" menu which will appear on the right side of the screen as ⚙
➭ you opt for "Block card", and then choose "Block this card permanently"
❷⠀Din BT Visual Help:
➭ by calling 0264 308 000;
➭ you access the link received by SMS;
➭ a nd from here you can temporarily or permanently block your cards and request the card to be reissued after the permanent block.
❸⠀From the BT24 Mobile Banking:
➭ go to menu "Finance"menu at the bottom of the screen;
➭ s elect the option "Cards"and choose the card in question;
➭ then press "Change card status" and select the "Stolen".
❹⠀From the BT24 Internet Banking platform:
➭ log in to the platform and click on the menu "Cards";
➭ choose the sub-menu "View card", and then choose the "Change card status" by pressing the 🔧symbol next to the stolen card;
➭ go to section "New card status" and change to "Permanently blocked-stolen card".
❺⠀By calling one of the numbers 0264 308 028* or *8028*to enable immediate activation of security procedures that prevent further use of the card. Subsequently, we encourage you to go to the Police 🚓 to file a complaint.
