I lost my card. What should I do first?

⠀As soon as you notice that your card is lost or stolen, block it immediately. You can do this in five ways: 

⠀Din BT Pay:

choose the card that was stolen, select it by tapping it;

go to the "Settings" menu which will appear on the right side of the screen as

you opt for "Block card", and then choose "Block this card permanently"

⠀Din BT Visual Help

by calling 0264 308 000;

you access the link received by SMS;

a nd from here you can temporarily or permanently block your cards and request the card to be reissued after the permanent block.

⠀From the BT24 Mobile Banking

go to menu "Finance"menu at the bottom of the screen; 

s elect the option "Cards"and choose the card in question;

then press "Change card status" and select the "Stolen".

⠀From the BT24 Internet Banking platform:

log in to the platform and click on the menu "Cards";

choose the sub-menu "View card", and then choose the "Change card status" by pressing the 🔧symbol next to the stolen card;

go to section "New card status" and change to "Permanently blocked-stolen card".

⠀By calling one of the numbers 0264 308 028* or *8028*to enable immediate activation of security procedures that prevent further use of the card. Subsequently, we encourage you to go to the Police 🚓 to file a complaint.
