If you have used your card in the last 6 months, we will issue you a new card. 

We'll let you know by text message where you can pick it up, but you can also ask for it at home and we'll send it by courier. If you prefer to pick it up from another unit, you can request the card transfer to the new unit in 2 ways:

❶⠀you show up in BT unit where you want to collect the card; 

❷⠀send us a message via BT contact form;
