Let's see. 🧐 If you can't find your accounts or cards in NeoBT, check if they have been hidden.
In NeoBT Internet Banking
From the menu "General" and the "Customize", select "All products". Make sure both your accounts and cards are set to "Shown in #neo".
In NeoBT Mobile Banking
Enter "Your Profile" and go to "Customize #neo", then "Products". Here you can check the settings of the product you are interested in.
