I forgot my ID/password in NeoBT/BT24 and can't activate BT Go. What should I do?

We have several simple solutions you can use to recover your access:
For NeoBT:
- Go to Ino for NEO and follow the steps.
- Check the document in your email or the physical document you received when you activated the service - that's where you'll find your login ID.
- Visit any BT establishment with a valid ID.
- Call us on 0264 303 333 and we'll be happy to help.
For BT24:
- If you can't remember your login ID, you can check it in the BT24 app (go to Home -> Quick options -> My BT24 login ID) or in the document in the email or document you received when you activated the service - it doesn't change.
- If you've forgotten your password, go here to reset your BT Go password
- Visit any BT establishment with a valid ID.
- Call us on 0264 303 333 and we'll be happy to help.
Important: We are in the process of migrating to BT Go, so we recommend that you recover your credentials as soon as possible to avoid disruption to your day-to-day business.
