I have changed my phone number and can no longer log in to BT24. How can I change the one I am registered with to receive the SMS with the password on my new number?

First, if you have changed your phone number, we recommend that you update your personal details online to keep in touch with us and stay informed about your BT financial products and services 🙂 🙂

Secondly, we expect you in any of the our establishments to make the modification.
