I have changed my contribution amount, but the old contribution amount is withdrawn from my account

BT Pensions cannot debit your bank account. Check the payment order set up to contain the new contribution amount. Or, if your employer is deducting your contributions, give them a copy of the request to change your contributions so they know how much money to deduct from your pay.
