If you want to transfer your assets held in other voluntary pension funds to BT Pensions, you need to make sure you have completed the following steps: 

1. you are already a member of the voluntary pension administered by BT 
2. complete the transfer request, sign it, attach a copy of your CI and email it to the old administrator so that he knows where to transfer your money.
