Card enrolment could not be carried out. What can I do?

If you have followed the card enrollment process to the letter and still failed, you may find yourself in one of the following situations:

❶⠀your card is not active or is temporarily/definitely blocked (you can check this by calling the Call Center on 021 308 4000 );

❷⠀you have not entered your data correctly;

❸⠀the OTP (One Time Password) code was entered late;

❹⠀ your card has expired (you can check the date on the front of the card).
