I try to use the Direct card and I can't. What should I do?
Well, there could be several reasons 🧐:
➤ Did you request card activation?
If you haven't activated it on receipt, call ALO BT Direct on 021.308.4000, press the 0 and 1 key and within 30 minutes the card will be activated.
To use, please make a balance inquiry at a BT ATM or a purchase in-store by inserting the card into the POS.
➤ Do you have the correct PIN code?
If you don't have your PIN code SMS, call ALO BT Direct 📞: 021.308.4000 and our colleagues will help you as soon as possible.
➤ Have you paid at least the minimum payment amount on your previous statement?
If you missed, go as soon as possible and pay at least the minimum payment. Within 3 days maximum, the payment is posted to your account and you can use your card afterwards.
➤ Have you blocked your card in BT Pay or by phone?
If you have requested a temporary block, the card cannot be used. To unblock, call the number on the back of the card - our colleagues will help you as soon as possible.
If none of the above reasons apply, please call the number on the back of the card and our Call Center colleagues will check the situation as soon as possible.
