The card is automatically renewed only if it has been used in the last 6 months before the expiry date. 🤔

If you are an individual customer, you can use the new card even before you physically take possession of it. Just add it to your BT Pay - app 😉  

You can have your new card delivered to your home by courier, after you have received an SMS on the bank's phone number.   

Another option is to pick it up from BT unit unit where you opened your account, free of charge, once you have received the message on the bank's telephone number.
