Are there limits on transfer amounts?

Yes, transfers (sending money, requesting money, transfers between own cards) are limited by daily thresholds per card, both in amount and value:

➤⠀fortransfers in RON: minimum 5 lei / transaction, maximum 4,000 lei / day / card, maximum 20 transactions / day / card;

➤⠀fortransfers in EUR: minimum EUR 5 / transaction, maximum EUR 800 / day / card, maximum 20 transactions / day / card.

Therefore, the total transfers per day must not exceed 4,000 lei.

You can also transfer money via BT Pay to another BT individual customer whenever you want, up to 4,000 lei / transfer, but not less than 5 lei / transfer.

All you have to do is choose the person(s) in your phonebook or manually add the phone number you want to transfer to and fill in the amount you are sending or requesting.

You can also transfer money between your cards if you want to use a particular card for shopping.

It's good to know that if you have accounts connected in BT Pay, the card/account transaction limit is 50,000 lei/day. Here you can see the full list of fees.
