Yes, transfers (sending money, requesting money, transfers between own cards) are limited by daily thresholds per card, both in amount and value: 

➤⠀ for transfers in RON: minimum RON 1 / transaction, maximum RON 300,000 / day, maximum 20 transactions / day / card; 

➤⠀ for transfers in EUR: minimum 1 EUR / transaction, equivalent to 300.000 RON / day, maximum 20 transactions / day / card. 

Therefore, total transfers per day must not exceed 300,000 RON. You can also transfer money via BT Pay to another BT Pay individual customer as many times as you like, up to £300,000/transfer, but no less than £1/transfer. 

All you have to do is choose the person(s) from your phonebook or manually add the phone number you want to transfer to and fill in the amount you want to send or request. You can also transfer money between your cards if you want to use a particular card for shopping. It's good to know that if you have accounts linked in BT Pay, the card/account transaction limit is £300,000/day. The daily transfer limit is the maximum cumulative amount of all transfers made, in any currency, excluding transfers between your own personal accounts. Here you can see the full list of fees.
