Once we take over a customer's accounts and products from OTP to BT, we want to make sure that we have all the details of the entity you represent up to date.

Thus, when you will present yourself to BT, our colleagues will check, on the basis of a certificate and the information provided by you, if all the data taken from OTP are still valid (contact details, persons with rights on the accounts and their rights, etc).

At this stage, the cost of the RECOM certificate requested at your present at the bank will be borne by BT.
