The process is very simple and quick - from the main Accounts menu you initiate a (standard) currency exchange, and if the transaction value meets the minimum conditions for a negotiated currency exchange, you will receive a price quote. The offered rate will be displayed in the app and you will have the possibility to accept or reject the offer.

Foreign exchange rate negotiations can be carried out from Monday to Friday, on bank working days, between 09:00 and 17:30.
