At the moment, there are about 4.7 million pensioners in Romania. They receive an average monthly pension of about 1,586 lei, which is about 48% of the average Romanian salary of 3,321 lei.  

EFOR estimates that this percentage will gradually decrease as the number of older people increases and the number of employed people decreases. In 2032, this percentage will reach 34%, and in 2042, it will reach 26%. 😮

Thus, if in 22 years, the average salary in Romania will be 6,363 lei (considering that the average salary increases annually at a rate of 3%), the average pension will be - according to EFOR estimates - 1,654 lei, i.e. a little higher than now.
