Why was the MTPL policy not issued, even though I filled in all the details?

This is where the insurance policy is not issued:

  • the start date of the new policy overlaps with the date of the old policy
  • the data filled in are incorrect or different from the data the insurer has (in this case, you will be informed and you will have to send the owner's ID and the car's registration document)
