Why can't I see in BT Pay an amount of money I cashed yesterday on my Direct Card?

In BT Pay - Cards - Transaction History, you can see your card transactions, but not your account transactions (charges)


To check your account transactions, including account credits, access your monthly account statement or call our Call Center on 📞 021 308 4000 and our colleagues will help you as soon as possible.
