Why don't I receive messages even though I have SMS Alert active?
In this situation, you should first check your phone's settings:
➤ if your phone has an SMS receiving rule enabled, such as only receiving SMS from certain numbers, which may or may not be in your phonebook.
➤ whether your phone does not have a rule enabled to block incoming messages containing certain keywords, an option available mainly on smartphones with newer operating systems (Android and iOS) and in some messaging apps.
➤ you are using your phone's default messaging app and do not have other messaging apps installed afterwards (e.g. Messenger).
➤ if you are roaming, we recommend that you choose another mobile network from the phone's menu.
Please note: If the service is active on a corporate card or a designated cardholder card, you will only receive messages related to card transactions, not account replenishment messages.
