Why am I being blocked from paying the amounts exempted by law?
The process of freezing the amounts is automatic, based on an official information received by the bank from a lending institution. The good news is that these exempted amounts can be released by BT Visual Help:
➤ call 0264 308 000;
➤ go to the link received by SMS and select the "Popriri" section from the main menu;
➤ select the attachment and request the release of the amount;
