Why is it necessary to make an appointment to withdraw money from the account?

Because we want to make sure we have that amount available in drive from which the withdrawal is made. 😊


Good to know: You only need an appointment at the BT branch where you applied to withdraw money from your personal account if it's in cash:

⠀more than 40.000 LEI; 

⠀respectively more than EUR 5,000;

⠀or the equivalent in other currencies.


⠀Don't forget to apply for an appointment with:

⠀24 hours before you pick up the money;

⠀or 48 hours in advance if you want to withdraw from account a slow currency, such as GBP (Pound Sterling)
