Depending on the type of your company you will need the following documents:

If the company is an LLC, SA, SRL-D:

- Last two annual balance sheets and related receipts 

- Trial balances of the attached balance sheets 

- Last quarterly trial balance

- Certificate of fiscal attestation

- Last APIA single payment application (if applicable)

If the company is PFA, IF, II, CMI, CMG, CMA, PFI:

- Quarterly cash receipts and payments register

- Single declaration for the current year

- Single declaration for the previous year 

- Last APIA single payment application (if applicable)

During the review, we may also ask you for other documents.
