➤ The company's articles of incorporation (original);

➤ Certificate of Registration with the Trade Register (original);

➤ The basic certificate from the ONRC issued no later than 30 days before the account opening documents are submitted to the bank (in original);

➤ For non-resident legal entities, Romanian translations of the above-mentioned documents, legalized, as well as a copy of the VAT registration number in the country of residence are required.
