What documents do I need to activate my First Year Free Account if I have a PFA?

To activate your First Year Free Account, you need a current account with BT. And to open your current account, you need the following documents:

⠀Certificate of registration with the Trade Register Office (original and copy)

⠀ Registration decision or resolution at the Trade Register Office (original and copy)

⠀Identification document of the authorised natural person, members of the sole proprietorship or members of the family business (original and copy)

⠀The operating permit or certificate issued by the Trade Register Office under Law no. 359/2004, attesting to the submission of an affidavit stating that the operating conditions are met (original and copy)

⠀Certificate from the ORC issued no later than 30 days prior to submitting the documents for opening the account to the bank (in original)

⠀Registration in another legal advertising register if applicable

 

For Law Firms and/or Lawyers Associations, Court Executors, Insolvency Practitioners, Civil Companies, Professionals, Medical Offices, Pharmacists you need:

⠀Statutes, articles of association or other documents relating to the form of organisation according to the specific laws on organisation and functioning

⠀Proof of registration in specific registers (e.g.: for pharmacists the Certificate of Membership of the Romanian College of Pharmacists)

⠀Tax registration certificate

⠀Identity papers of persons entitled to representation


In certain situations, we may need to request additional documents required to open an account.
