Why do I have interest on my BT Direct statement if I have interest-free installments?
Hmm 🙁 🙁... There are 2 situations where you find interest on your statement:
➤ Check if you paid the full amount of last month's statement. If you have not paid in full, interest will appear on your next statement;
➤ If you took cash from the ATM or made Quasi Cash transactions, interest will appear on your next statement, as interest is charged from the first day after the transaction.
If you are not in any of the above situations, please call the number on the back of your card 021.308.4000 and our colleagues will help you as soon as possible.
