If I send proof of payment, will the account be released?

If you have paid the garnishment and you send us proof by e-mail, we can postpone payment for 5 calendar days. During this period, we need to receive the stop payment address from the debtor. Also, if you are given the original document, we will be waiting for you at any BT branch to hand it over and the levy can also be suspended in this way.
