If I have a garnishment on my company's account, how can I release it for salary payments?

If you have an attachment on your account ordered by a bailiff, you must bear in mind that you can request the release of the amounts for the payment of salary rights for a maximum period of 3 months from the date of the attachment (for example: if the attachment was established on March 1, you can request the release of the amounts for the payment of salaries only between March 1 and June 1). In this regard, we are waiting for you in bank with the pay slip for the month for which you are requesting the release of the salary payments or the list of advances.

It's important to know that the deadline for the payment of salary entitlements is unlimited if you only have garnishments ordered by budget executors (e.g. ANAF/Direcția de Impozite și Taxe Locale).
